COVID-19 UPDATE:
Due to the extremely high demand for our products  along with difficulties in getting our screens manufactured due to periodic shut downs due to the Covid-19 we are experiencing at least a 3 week delay in getting orders out from the time they are received. NOTE: Even though products show ‘in stock’ on our website, our stock has been depleted so we’re creating screens as ordered. There has to be an inventory amount showing in order for our website to be able to take your order and the shipping time reflects the time it will take the PO to deliver, once the order is processed.  We’re sorry for any inconvenience, we hope we will be able to get back to our normal same day service very soon! Return Policy

Returns Policy

You may return new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please enclose your packing slip or note with instructions (telling us if it’s a return or exchange) and ship the merchandise to:
