Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?
A: Once you place your order it ships out within 24-48 hours and should arrive within 2-5 business days in the U.S. International orders expect up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. We do offer Express shipping if you need to get it sooner. 

Q: How do I find the right screen for my vehicle?
A: Click on the choose your size page to see a listing of vehicles and the screens that will fit them.

Q: My vehicle isn’t in your list of vehicles, do you have a screen for it?
A:  Chances are we do! Measure the window you’d like to cover then click on the choose by size tab on the Choose Your Size page to see the sizes of all our screens. If you’re still not sure feel free to contact us.

Q: My window measurements aren’t exactly like yours shown?
A: Our screens are made so they can be adjusted to fit your window shape by folding in a corner or a side, wherever needed. Just be sure to pull the screen tight after folding so there’s no gaps between the magnets.

Q: Will bugs get in between the magnets?
A: No! Just be sure the screen is pulled tight and laying flush against the window frame.

Q: I have a plastic piece between my front and back window, will your screens still stay in place?
A: The magnets along the top and bottom will keep your screen in place however, if it’s windy, you might want to apply a small piece of painters tape to attach the screen to the plastic.

Q: I have rain guards over my windows, will the screens fit over these?
A: We have extra width and depth added to the screen to accommodate most rain guards however, the AVS Ventvisor is exceptionally wide so please double check our finished screen sizes, shown on the choose by size tab on the Choose Your Size page to be sure the particular pattern you need has enough extra to overlap the rain guard.

Q: Will the screens stay on when it’s windy?
A: We’ve added a stronger ceramic magnet in the corners of the screen to help keep them in place during windy conditions.

Q: Do you make custom screens?
A: Not at this time but we do, however, offer our no see um mesh fabric for sale by the yard if you’d like to make your own.
